The company was established in the year 1983. Our foundry is ISO 9001: 2000 certified company and have full infrastructure to manufacture all type of graded cast iron casting. We manufacture C.I.Casting for submersible Pump, Electric Motor, Lathe Machine, Elevator Parts, Automobiles etc. We are equipped with all necessary equipments and skilled labour person whose performance is backed by their years of vast experience. Our foundry is located at Bapunagar Industrial Area , Rajkot avails it an access to all the commercial an industry.

Product Capability

We product casting in size range from a few grams to 200 kgs.

Weight - 100 grams to 200 kgs per piece.

Capacity - Present capacity 350 tons per month and it can be increased as per customers requirements.

Sand - Green sand & molasses sand are used to mould.

Mould - Moulds are generally made of sand. Muller machine is used for sand preparation. Hand mould, machine mould and shell mould systems are used for moulding.

Core - Shell core shooter machine used to core making.

Quality control facilities
We followed ISO 9001: 2000 Standard and quality norms. It has given us a further boost to our improvements trends.

Metal Test - Foundry has following metal testing facilities to check and certify the chemical properties and temperature parameters.

• Test bar is drawn every 1 hour.
• Instant C, Si, & Ce Analysis equipment with digital display.

Each casting is subject to inspection for all the mechanical properties, surface finishing and dimensional deviations.
